7 Good Reasons Why It is Time to Break Up with Your House

“Nothing lasts forever except death and taxes” or something like that…    Throughout your adult life time, your needs are sure to change.  Below are some reasons that might lead you to consider whether your home is still right for you.

You Have Outgrown Your House

Are you expecting a new baby?  Starting a new life with a new spouse?  Picked up a new hobby or ten?  It could be that your two bedroom house has begun to burst at the seams.  If you can’t find the “place” for “everything in its place and a place for everything”, now might be a great time to consider breaking up with your current house and getting an upgrade.

Your House Has Outgrown You

Did your kids suddenly grow up overnight leaving you with a half empty home and a whole lot less laundry?  Did that country song where your dog, pickup truck and wife all leave you finally happen to you? Downsizing your house might be in your best interest.  You can spend that extra cash on a red convertible or two.
